AVG / Avast antivirus may report GIDD.exe (one of GuardedID's required executable files) as being infected with "IDP.ALEXA.51" as seen in the image below:

 

 

This detection is a false positive due to a known issue with the detection methods used by AVG / Avast. If this threat detection popup occurs, be sure to add GuardedID and it's executable files, including GIDD.exe, as an exception to AVG / Avast.
